Ingredients
- 1 jar (10-12 oz ) roasted red peppers, drained well
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- ⅓ cup grated parmesean cheese
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch of ground red pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine peppers, almonds, cheese, vinegar, garlic, and ground red pepper.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, add salt and pepper, and stir to combine
