I’ve been on the hunt for yummy but easy meals at camp! Last year i found a recipe for mac n cheese in mini tins that you toss in the fire at camp!  I love that they are single serving and kind of customizeable! I found the mini tins on amazon and am tickled pink!

The original hoisin chicken is an amazing recipe Fabulous for pre-prep or I have also frozen the chicken and the sauce after pre-prep for use later! For this re-do the recipe is the same except i did not simmer the sauce down on the stove top. I’m not sure how i like it better. Pro
