I saw the recipe recently and thought we needed to give it a try. Thank you Dizzy Busy and Hungry! I generally buy bananas when they are on sale and freeze them in halves, so this made the recipe even easier to make!
The results of this recipe tastes just like banana pudding! My neighbor is convinced that they need to be dipped in whipped cream for the full experience!

I like smaller bite size cookies, but use a bigger scoop if you wish!
Ingredients
- 2 bananas (frozen and defrosted)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (divided) (1 package get the approx amount)
- 1 box white cake mix (16.25 ounce)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl mash the bananas. Add the vegetable oil and egg and mix to combine.
- Add 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs and the cake mix and mix thoroughly. The dough will be very thick.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the batter and place each scoop about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with the remaining graham crumbs.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, until the bottoms are golden and the tops are starting to brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
Verdict: These were fun to make and have for dessert for friend. Hubby not a fan, so would only make this for a pot luck.
