I’m not sure where i found this, well i have the link i used, but hubby says, well where did you find it, was there a picture and i had no idea! hahaha

I had never heard of these little puffy delights, but the idea sounded interesting and what did we have to lose! 3 eggs?

If you have a nifty egg white whipper for your cuisinart like i am lucky enough to have, this comes together in a jiffy!


Weird. Ours were cookes and puffy – but when we ate broke them open they were cold in the middle. So weird. Also not really a good replacement for bread. I would add some salt and maybe some cheese. Something to give ti a little something next time.

I love the idea of using them to make sandwiches, so i’ll try them again!
