I found this original recipe while i was looking for ways to use up some lovely carrots hubby brought in from the garden.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepperoncini juice
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely grated
Instructions
- Whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, Sriracha, brown sugar, pepperoncini juice and garlic in a small bowl.
Verdict:
Super easy to make and triple the amount, store it in a nice glass bottle.
