I found this fun recipe from Dizzy Busy and Hungry and just had to try it. Hubby was cooking beer can chicken on the grill while I was whipping up some fried rice and knew these would be a great add to the meal.
These are quick to throw together, cook up fine and don’t heat up the kitchen while you do it!

The crust is firm and the inside is beautiful! I changed it up a bit and skipped the dill, we didn’t miss it!
Homemade Parmesan Air Fryer Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, Parmesan cheese
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter (about 20-30 seconds) and then combine with the milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix into a dough.
- Lightly spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray. Divide the dough into 6 dollops and drop in the basket
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes.
Verdict:
This is a great option! The original recipe called for dill, we skipped it.
Enjoy fresh hot biscuits without heating the kitchen.
