Crispy Garlic Parmesan Cottage Cheese Flatbread

I saw this recipe on facebook and knew we just had to try it! Unfortunately from FB I cannot give credit to the original creator – possibly weight watchers…

Crispy Garlic Parmesan Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Protein packed quick bread

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a flatbread directly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbreads and bake for 15–20 minutes, until crispy and beautifully golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Verdict:

Wow! This was great! You might think it might not be cooked in the middle, but that is the gooey inside the instructions talk about!

Great recipes and output, reheats well too!

I cooked it for 30 to get extra crispy and i may have had it thicker
