Garlic Parmesan Bread – Crockpot

I found this recipe on one of my favorite sites, and thought it could be fun.

I’ve made it a couple times, and like that i can have bread without turning on the oven.

I don’t like that my 6 quart crockpot leaves the middle undone even after double or triple the time.

I like that i can add additional flavors, like italian seasoning.

Verdict:

Not bad in a pinch, but you have to toast it to get it completely done.

Next time i’ll try it in the 4qt, see if thicker works better….
